entrepreneurs who haven’t quite decided yet which way they are heading in the new year. But’s
ok! Trust me, you’re not alone.
There are many reasons we find ourselves up against a self-imposed deadline with no real plan.
But, not to worry. We have 5 steps to develop your 2017 plan in a business week.
Step 1/Day 1: Goal Setting
Of course we can’t plan for a journey for which we don’t know the destination!

Third, what has to happen each month of the 3 months in the quarter for you to reach the
Step 2/ Day 2: Planning to Win: Task to the top
After Step 1/Day 1, you already know what must be done in January to be on your way to
reaching your quarterly goal. So let’s take today to detail out a task list for January. Don’t try to

Go down the list and put a number for which week of the month you need to get it done.
Step 3/ Day 3: Repeat

Step 4/ Day 4: Back It Up!
Now it’s time to determine what needs to happen this month to set January up to run smoothly.
Do you need to research anything? Check out any tutorials? Is your website & social media
ready? To determine what is going to create the ideal starting point for January, repeat step 2
Step 5/Day 5: Schedule An Appointment with YOU
Now grab your chosen calendar or planner & set yourself a day in early March to do this for 2nd quarter.
You will also set a day in early June, September, and of course December for 2018! (Look how
quickly 2018 came up!)
On Saturday, celebrate!
You have officially created your 2017 road map. Enjoy the weekend and celebrate your
We are excited for your plans and would love to help you in any way we can!

A Note From our owner…
Before you go forth with those amazing plans that I know you have, I’d like to give you an easy way to follow these steps and stay organized. So don’t go writing this in the notebook you hope to still be using by the end of the year (notebook junkies know what I mean).
Use these worksheets I’ve created to organize your thoughts.
Hope it helps!
